Fairhaven Homes is an elderly complex and is composed of two projects with one consisting of 19 units and the other 5 units. The 19 units are for 62 years of age or older and the 5 units are for 55 years of age or older. The complex also has a community room and laundry facilities.

As a nonprofit provider of elderly housing, we are committed to providing quality services within a decent, safe and clean environment to all persons regardless of race, color, age, religion, national origin, sex, disability, familial status or area of residence. We shall strive to provide services and programs of an optimum, professional quality, which meet or exceed established standards with no profit incurring to any individual or group.
